I'am from China and purchased the ListMailPro last week and tried for 2 days to install to my system but failed. Then I asked to refund my money but nobody answer me for 2 days. :oops:  :!:

Your best bet is to just do a chargeback with your cc company.  See my warning posts in these forums about no one being around anymore.
