Hi, we ordered and paid for this and have requested technical support with integrating it into our website several times.  Our emails etc have never been responded to.  Do these people actually exist????????

Nope, they ( HE ) has been gone for quite some time.  Get your money back and check the forums as there are others here that can help.

Dean is not around, but I do custom List Mail Pro (LMP) integration and tuning.  I've been running (and still do run) LMP on my own server with a large list. You can see by the number of times I've posted that I've been around here a while.
