can't get the listmail log in box

Hi,

I really like your product and i like to use it as soon as i can.I purchased the listmailpro yesterday. I followed all the steps but can not get to listmail log in box. I have spent close to five hours reading and trying to fix it. I can't fix it. I can't stop thinking about it till i get it right.

Load ListMail by browsing to the directory you uploaded the files to. For example, type http://yoursite.com/mail into your web browser's address bar. You will be presented with the ListMail login box. Enter install as the password as instructed.

I used ftp to transfer the listmail file and zip file to a subfolder in my public_html called mailinglist.
I created a subfolder and i named it mailinglist. I have 9 subfolders under my public_html. Each subfolder is pointed to a website. I also have mailinglist folder for my mail.
I contacted my hosting company ipower.com They said, i should call you to find out why its not working.

I typed gamzehrealty.com/mail to get the log in box but it does not work.
Mysql is already set up with user name and password.

I was wondering if mysql should point to mailinglist sub folder to work?
There is no option for pointing, i can only point a subfolder to a domain name.

Please help. I need some assistance as soon as possible.
