Configuration - Backup & Restore Backup & Restore ListMail's backup and restore feature safeguards your data and makes migration across hosts easier. It is important to keep a regular backup in case of a catastrophic hosting incident such as a hard drive failure. Large backup files can be compressed in gZip format (v1.86), greatly reducing the size and improving transfer speed. To gZIp your backup file simply ensure that the option gZip the file is checked. gZipped files can later be restored with the Restore process.
