Using a Mailbox for Bounces
In the event that your host does not support CGI scripts, there is an alternate method for handling bounced messages. The is done using an email account to process bounced messages. Simply create an account such as bounce@yoursite.com and enter the login information into the config menu. The mailbox will be checked for bounced messages by the dailymail script. Do not check this mailbox with your email client, ListMail will automatically process and delete the messages.
You can test if the mailbox is working by clicking Test Mail Settings in the Configuration menu. |
