Managing Users - Exporting Users Exporting Users You can export your existing users to a CSV (comma separated values) file that can be imported into other programs, such as Outlook or Excel. First, make sure the current list is the one you want to export. Next, click the Export Users button at the bottom of the User Database page. Choose the fields and rules for your export and click Export when finished. If all goes well, your export file will be written and you will be provided a link to download it. Click the Download link to download the file, then click Delete to remove it from the server.
