Installation - Setup Config Menu

Initial Setup
Now that the databases are installed, you need to set up your ListMail setup options.

Click on Configuration in the ListMail admin menu. If the databases were installed correctly, you'll now be shown a list of options you can change. These are the ListMail configuration options.

Enter your desired ListMail password, your admin email address, a remote test address, and the full URL to ListMail.

Initially, set ListMail to use SMTP with the host "localhost", no authorization, and no email checking. This works on a lot of servers.

Click Save Configuration.

Don't forget your password because you will need it to login to ListMail in the future! If you fail to set the password and leave it blank, you can use the password "install" to login.

Detailed help on setting up the Config menu can be found in Configuration / Config Menu section of these help pages. A link is provided below.
