Hello Lissa,

I think Dean will reply to you, but I’d rather think this is a problem of your hosting.

ListMail set all outgoing emails in queue the moment you send them and it is up to your hosting how quickly it will process the queue and send your emails.

In other words it depends on how powerful your hosting server is and how fast it's Internet channels.

Dean,

It would be a great feature for marketers who want to "mark" certain subscriber groups without starting a separate list, so please consider it for the next releases.

The problem is that when update_dupes is used, the script reports:

The error messages are as follows:
That email address is already subscribed to this list!
=====

Is it possible to re-signup a subscriber with the same email and update a custom field at the same time?

Hello Dean

Please tell me is it somehow possible to update a custom field without altering other custom fields when a visitor signups or re-signups?

During the visitor signup process I need to insert a new piece of info to the custom field #2 without deleting or modifying custom filed #1. This will help me to use rule-based list-selection feature in the future.

Are there any options to do this?

I think Dean as a great programmer needs a great marketer, who can take ListMail promotions to the new level as well as promote new services on the back-end, up-sell with other complementary products and earn recurring income from 3rd party services even without charging a fee for the forum.

I was able to restore everything, but I have another problem now - bounce emails handling. Please tell me, do I need to setup any other files except for email forwarders in Cpanel, if I use Cpanel/Exim?

When I test mail settings, i get this message:

Testing mail servers..

[Bounce Handling]
Is enabled?  Yes, Using bounce.cgi
Sending TESTBOUNCE email to bounce address.. Success!

If you receive an email at your "Administrator Email Address" bounce.cgi is configured correctly.

....
===============

I get "ListMail SMTP Test: Success!" coming to my remote email from my bounce@ address, but I get no "success" message to my "Administrator Email Address" and no email if I manually sent TESTBOUNCE.

Please explain what may the problem be?

Hello

After last hosting transfer, I've setup new 1.77b version of ListMail anew.
Then I restored my previously saved backup of 1.77 version.

Now when I try to send email, ListMail reports:

"Table 'user_mail.lm_sendq' doesn't exist"

Please tell me how to fix this bug.
May I manually create this table or should I reinstall anything?

I did not remember changing it, but I cannot login now. ListMail reports “Incorrect password”.

Dean,

I very liked your Forum registration approach, when you automatically registered every subscriber to the Forum with the same name, email and assigned code as a password.

I’m  releasing new project soon and willing to setup similar one-time registration process for both email list and phpbb forum. How can it be done?
