There are a lot of hosts out there. I was recommending
DreamHost, but heard of a few medium-sized clients having to switch.

http://findmyhost.comcPanel hosts are usually good because they support ListMail 100% from the control panel, but the admin has the option of restricting email on an hourly or daily basis so it's always good to ask.
I am accepting clients on my more-than-friendly hosting services on an invite-only basis. You can email your lists as much as you like - daily, twice a day, it's ok.
. Pricing starts at $15/mo for lists under 10k. $20/mo for up to 50k, etc.
