Im exporting a list from one listmail pro on a website into another - and the follow up delays are not going in as the export? It;s changing the delay by 2 days how is this possible?

General Help & How-To / Vista/Internet Explorer

Well it worked once. Same problem again today even with the antivirus turned off, instead of adding the url and the /mail.edit.php script, it just runs http://mail.edit.php and no url.

I have tried to turn off the anti virus on my new vista pc today (seem rather odd to have to do this to enable me to use ListMail Pro??? and I can access the other two packages I have running of it on 2 other servers fine?  Just one application of it ?

Any ideas.

Hi Dean it was this option.

How do I resolve this other than disabling the anti virus ware?

I am currently accessing my listmail account from 3 different pcs's
one pc is running is xp and internet explorer 7
one is running vista and internet explorer 7
the third is running vista and internet explorer 7 - however on my 3rd pc - I cannot use ListMail pro as once inside the site if i click on any of the buttons to do anything all the commands are running with an extra / in the them ie  http://mail/edituser.php  ?

any ideas how to resolve this?

If you use a user selection to send to the bounced email addresses and they bounce again.
Does it effect the bounced email user?

I'm assuming it won't cause my outgoing smtp server a melt down.

If you reimport bounced email addresses into your main list  and then email them and they still exist in the bounced section ( ie  0 1 2 3 removed bounced etc) what will happen? will they be added again to the bounced email section?

Just so I'm totally sure. Which series MySQL is the querie able to run on.
and once again could we give you MONEY to write us somthing to resovle this now.

this is all i every get using your code  

I believe your server must be running MySQL 4+ for these queries un order to use the NOT EXISTS function and "FROM lm_users a" syntax. This is one of the reasons the feature is not yet built right into the program.

The list number is just that, the List Ref # from the List Settings page, also seen under Current List. To search a field for a certain value will require an addition to the statement. Currently a search query is not part of the the code provided and you cannot use standard selection rules alongside a custom query.
