Development, Suggestions / FeedBlitz RSS to ListMail
« on: December 07, 2006, 09:42:24 pm »
Well, I've given this a lot of thought....

I am really interested in completing the circle between our company blog, our RSS feeds from FeedBlitz and distributing the already formatted email (from RSS feeds) out to my ListMail database.

Is it possible to develope a WordPress plugin or a LM script that will connect or pull the Feedblitz feeds/ emails and be able to distribute the html and plain text email to my databases?

This type of solution means that I can contain my databases on my own server instead of uploading them to FeedBlitz's website.  The end result is I just want easily distribute their pre-formatted emails without the labor require to set up and test html emails.

Open to ideas thoughts, input, testing,  and of course Dean's help to make this happen.

Thanks,
Andrew

General Help & How-To / Problems after 1.8 upgrade
« on: April 09, 2005, 11:57:58 pm »
Hi there-

I fancy myself a rather experienced LM user, as I've been using LM for better than 3+years now.

Previously I was experiencin the 1.77 upgrade issues when I decided to go for 1.8. I successfully ftp'd 1.8, received the upgrade in progress message, and the upgrade finished as scheduled.

Then, the problems started!

Now when attempting to login I received this error:

Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /home/goldenme/public_html/M5/config.php:105) in /home/goldenme/public_html/M5/login.php on line 59

Development, Suggestions / Open Rate or Deliverability Rate?
« on: May 31, 2004, 10:14:24 pm »
I continously track my click through rates from every mailing.
Just wondering if it's technically possible to add a feature to track deliverability and open rates through the link tracking compontent?

It would be a tremendous advantage to know the number of emails delivered, vs. the number of emails opened, ultimately compared with the number of click throughs.

Just a suggestion.

Thanks,
Andrew
