Title: Move user to a new list from the Tracked Link Hits

Hi all,

I'm wondering if there is code to move a user to a new list once they have
clicked on a tracking link on Listmail?

I've searched here on the forum and don't see anything similar.

If someone is familiar with creating a listmail mod to do this,please let me know.
