WOW...I greatly appreciate all your help! You've
been WAY too patient and ready to respond to my
problems!
I did see the follow ups come in earlier and I
thought right away that you'd gone in and fixed
it. I'm so happy to see the problem fixed. I'll
make sure that everything's delivering OK in the
next several days before I transfer my lists.
And *then* I will be off promoting ListMail!
I think the slight delays and hitches in getting
my ListMail off and working are worth the benefits
and money I'll be saving in the long run!

I've run my financials, ListMail is going to save me over $470.00 per year. Needless to say how excited I am. I have spent a lot of time looking at and working with the demo. I can't wait to get started. We are in the process of transferring our domain name to webstrike (our current host doesn't offer MySql).

I've got to hand it to you...ListMail Pro is a beautiful piece of work! Over the last 4 years I've spent thousands of dollars on perl and PHP apps, but I can honestly say I have never used a program that is as robust, yet simple as ListMail Pro. Installation and setup were astonishingly easy, and the list of features blows away your competition. The interface is a joy to use and the little bells and whistles (e.g. "Test Email Settings" and "Quick Load") are to die for. I love it! Thank you for such a wonderful product and such a fantastic experience.

For a long time, I've been running a website dedicated to chemical engineering. Recently, I've incorporated and I'll be launching a subscription section. I decided that it was time for me to take control of my mailing list rather than use hosting options that may be gone any minute. ListMail was easier to set up than most programs that don't do 10% of what it does and I've set up plenty of scripts during my sites lifetime.

Man it woks fine thanx for all of your help.
This is the best and easy mail software that I have purchased. And I have
had them all. I was using Othec it just does not work and does to many
things . I was using mailmax. I is a pain to install and the service is
well not good, in fact I was never able to get it installed or able to
contact someone to install it. Keep up the good work

Just wanted to let you know that I went ahead and got my copy of ListMail last night!
I've been playing around with it and I'm very excited. From a programming standpoint, it's rare for me to come across an application that has been well-thought-out, professionally implemented, and easy to use - most scripts I deal with are hacked together and barely work. ListMail is a very solid application and it's thoroughly evident how much time you've spent on it by the extra steps you've taken to make it more user-friendly, from error communication to form validation.

What can I say??
I've just installed List Mail on my site and this has got to be the best Mailing List Manager Software that I have seen.
Installation was a dream - totally automated and effortless. I had the software up and running in under 10 minutes. Once installed it's so easy to use it's untrue. The GUI is laid out logically and so pleasing to the eye and if you get stuck on any particular thing the help files are right there where you need them.
Worth every penny (and probably a lot more)!!

I have been using List Mail for about a month now. After I was ble to get everything configured to the server that I am on (which was fairly easy) I set up my 4 lists: Main list and 3 eCourses Tested all out and guess what everything ran so smoothly that I was almost in shock! See I have purchased and used 2 other mailing programs similar to List Mail and everytime I set a follow up the programs would send 2 at a time or wait 4 days to send the follow up when it was supposed to be everyother day! Well all in all this is by far the BEST LIST MAIL MANAGER that I have ever bought and used! Keep up the good work and best of luck on your future ventures.

Just a few words to say a big thank you for your speedy service. I’m really impressed by “Listmailpro”. What a cool production tool it is!
I recently tried a few similar products with big claims but was very disappointed. So you can understand my initial caution. However, right from the start your service was fast, friendly and highly professional! You were there for me every step of the way through the installation process, and had the program up and running in just an hour or so.
I spent a few hours playing and experimenting with the program before its full potential became apparent. It is a logical program that’s easy to use after just a few minutes with the help files.
I have upgraded and invested in a few new pieces of software recently and can truthfully say that “Listmailpro” is by far the best value in sales and marketing software I have ever come across. When you consider what this amazing program can do for you if you only give it the chance, I believe it is vastly under-priced. If I was asked to price the program compared to other packages on offer I would say it’s worth every penny of $400 - and that would still be cheap.
Anyone who has the ability to drive traffic to their site needs “Listmailpro” to take care of it. It has the potential to make you a fortune! Even the “BIG-BOYS” can’t look any more professional.

reading it, with a loud hurrah and a '5' vote on it, as well as a signup to
your newsletter. Excellent overview!
I would like to ask your permission to reprint the article, with a
signature block to your site. I have a subdomain where I am affiliate for

The short of the story is that I tried a whole number of mail scripts and
especially autoresponder scripts and online services. A couple of peers in
the industry also have been this route, and we've shared our horror stories
of ongoing, extended length of time in the search, and troubles with even
services with well known names, a.k.a. "big boys." I dubbed this,
"Autoresponder Hell."
And then I ran into Dean's site. Joined the affiliate program. Started
sending info mostly to my friends who were having similar treks in this
Internet necessity. And the SECOND I could afford it, I bought it.
Then the real 'truth in product and service' began. As with my two degree
programs in the distance realm, and a year of teaching online, this
relationship developed into the best of best. There truly IS no better
medium for making strong networking connections, and Dean is living proof
of this. He has been an awesome help from the start. If there is one thing
that sets him apart... it is this (he doesn't know I am going to say
something like this, as we've talked over the technical aspects of a
jillion things...):
He is not afraid to tell a customer that NO, that's not ready yet. I am
working on it. It is coming up etc. etc. ... And he gives you the truth,
and an estimated timeline, and even a projection about where it will be
found in the online documentation.
With other services, I have found that they 1) Don't respond (NOT good
customer service!) or, 2) They have an endless list of 'reasons why.' And
this leaves the client with no solution, and also no hope for a timely
answer. For me... if this were the brick and mortar world, such a product
would be in the waiting line to 'return it at Walmart' (Kmart, whatever....)
Dean simply does not treat his clients this way. So... more than this
excellent product, my experience has been that Dean is tops, absolutely, in
customer service!!

strong Mac background. And interestingly, it was within the past 6 months
