Dean

When trying to speed up emails on a shared Cpanel server, where do you put in the code when there does not appear to be a "/etc/exim.conf" file in the "etc" folder.

David,

This optimization must be performed by your system administrator.  While you may have an /etc folder in your FTP/web folders it is not the system /etc folder.  (It might be /home/david/etc instead of /etc but appears as /etc via FTP)

All you can do is forward the instructions to your web host.
