General Help & How-To / Any news on the 2.00 update yet guys?
« on: July 18, 2007, 10:42:52 am »
I read the announcements and it was dated January and February.   Five months later, I don't see an update to it yet.  I'm not complaining, just curious to find out the updated status of it.

General Help & How-To / Dailymail
« on: January 17, 2007, 10:39:58 pm »
DW,
Thanks for the fast response...the dailymail is still not running...
I installed the script in the root of the domain.
I doublechecked to make sure the dailymail password
is correct.

My host is with hostgator

Here are the sample cron jobs that i have tested
but does not work...

/usr/bin/fetch -o /dev/null -T 0 http://DOMAIN.com/dailymail.php?pw=PASSWORD 1> /dev/null 2> /dev/null

curl -o /dev/null http://DOMAIN.com/dailymail.php?pw=PASSWORD 2> /dev/null

lynx > -O /dev/null -dump http://DOMAIN.com/dailymail.php?pw=PASSWORD 1> /dev/null 2> /dev/null

/usr/bin/wget -O /dev/null -T 0 http://DOMAIN.com/dailymail.php?pw=PASSWORD 1> /dev/null 2> /dev/null

What am I doing wrong, DW?

Thanks

My list has been working fine for months, and then I haven't
utilized the list since I have moved which is in September.
I don't know if I had updated the script and something went
wrong, but the dailymail shows that it hasn't ran since
september 24.

General Help & How-To / CRON JOB TIME ZONE Daily Mail
« on: May 02, 2006, 10:33:16 pm »
I'm in the Pacific Time Zone, but
my dailymail cron jobs run based on
Central Daylight Time.

Is it because my server host might be located in
Central time zone?  How would i go about
changing it to Pacific, if possible?

Thanks.

ListMailPro is so powerful.  I thought it was a bit
pricey in the beginning but it's worth every penny.

I have been searching for an sequential
autoresponder for literally over 11 months!
I didn't want to pay for monthly fees, and I wanted
something powerful!  Other autoresponders
are literally a joke.  I'm so surprised I didn't
find this software earlier than I did..

The best part is that all my questions have been
answered personally by DW in no more than
24 hours!  Amazingly fast!

Keep doing what you are doing DW!

Customization, Integration / Question about PROFILE.PHP
« on: May 01, 2006, 02:57:28 am »
DW,

I implemented the script and it works great.
I was wondering when they click on the link
to update their information, and then they
enter in their physical address information, etc.

Where do I go to see all of their information that
they updated in LMP?

When I go to user database and click on edit,
I only see Email, First name, last name, and
example field, which happens to be the first
line of the address.

How do I see the rest of the things they update
like their mobile number, city, zip, etc?

Thanks DW for being so responsive.

General Help & How-To / Got in trouble for spamming???
« on: March 30, 2006, 04:02:19 pm »
Hi there,

I used the HTML code to get users to input their FIRST NAME, LAST NAME, + email address.

I tried subscribing a few of my emails and it seemed to work ok
without problems.

I enabled the cron job for the daily mail (not the wget but the other way).
It worked ok.  However, my webhost emailed me and said that I sent out
40000 emails or something with an hour?

Did something in this script provoke that???

I scheduled a couple of tasks, and was waiting for the email,
but it didn't come through.

I manually ran daily mail and it ran my task, and then
it sent me the email.

Do I have the daily task run the task manually?
I did the cron job already...
